Sold a contract under false pretences

I was sold a Vodacom contract via the Rewards Company on 14 / 03 / 2013. I was sold a Topup 135 contract for R79 p/m. The salesman, Jason, assured me that it included the BIS, but when I queried my monthly statement of R147 that I was charged at the end of March, I was informed that it does not include BIS in the quote of R79 p/m and that I would have to pay extra for the BIS. I requested that it be cancelled, but after numerous phone calls to Vodacom Direct and to the Rewards Company, I am still waiting for this to be resolved. I was told by Rewards Co. on 3 occasions that it would be rectified within 48hrs. After the 4th phone call on 4 May, I was told that it would be sorted out in the middle of May. I was assured then that it would be reversed on 31 May. It still has not been reversed. It has taken two and a half months of phone calls and eventually tears of frustration to be told that it would be resolved today (3 June 2013). We shall wait and see!!!

I am dismayed that Vodacom would align themselves with a company like The Rewards Company that has clearly shown such incompetence and in order for any action to be taken I had to threaten to call my lawyer!
