Here we go again! Totally stranded!

I have had absolutely no follow-up from the Rewards division of Vodacom, after 2 reminders. I submitted a complaint on Vodacom's website and I received a very speedy response indicating that I would be contacted by someone from Rewards. I still have had not response. My original issue is as follows: I was contacted by Vodacome Direct (which turned out to to be Rewards Company) about an upgrade, which I accepted. The phone arrived. I had to do a sim swap as the sim for the new phone was much smaller. This meant that within an hour my old phone was not working. I was told that within 4 hours the new phone would be working, which it was. However, I noticed that the battery was very low. The phone came with a wireless charger. When I tried to use the charger - trying every plug in the house and every adaptor - it turned out to be faulty. I LIVE 80 KMS FROM THE NEAREST TOWN. I LIVE ALONE. I DO NOT HAVE A LAND LINE. I WAS COMPLETELY CUT OFF FROM THE OUTSIDE WORLD. I AM A 64-YEAR OLD PENSIONER. Following 3 calls to this Rewards Company (using the remaining battery), their response was that they have got nothing to do with faulty equipment. They would escalate the problem. Still waiting.
