Horrific customer service that keeps deteriorating

On the 1st of November of 2012 I laid a complaint on this very site about a billing error on my current contract with Autopage, instead of being charged R327pm I was charged R386, on the same day I received an e-mail from Raul Arendse acknowledging this error and promised to rectify it.

I was happy to see the error rectified at the end of November. To my suprise, the following month it went back to R386 when I enquired I was informed that the changes were only effected for November and not for the duration of the contract as agreed. Since then I have sent e-mails, called in with no luck. I am so fed up.

I have been a client with Autopage for 6 years and the service seems to be deteriorating. One consultant even went to tell me that I will have to call in everymonth and remind them to correct the bill. Really? I'm sorry but the service at Autopage is horrendous.
