In January i sent my Blackberry Curve 9360 in for repairs. After waiting for well over a month, I was told i was getting a brand new phone and that it was ready for collection. When I received the phone it was REFURBISHED which is not what i was told. After following up i was told that sending a refurbished phone is normal even if my phone is less than a year old. Odd how people suddenly change their minds. After 4 hours of struggling and random bbm contact requests on my "new phone" I contacted the repairs again to instruct them that the phone is not working. Once again the phone was sent back. Another phone was sent and i was told it was an upgrade on my existing phone. It was sent without a battery which is mind blowing since it is a totally new phone to me. After receiving the phone i open only to see it is a 9320 which is NOT an upgrade but a downgrade and substantially cheaper. I have called the call centre, service call centre, repeatedly contacted the service office, left messages, placed on hold, wasting 45 mins chasing after anyone and i am yet to speak to anyone who can help me. I left a urgent message for a manager to call me back over 2 hours ago and im still waiting
