SIGNED A CONTRACT AT CELL C, BUT AFTER 3 DAYS OF USE I REALISED THAT CELL C CAN NOT DELIVER A PROPER SERVICE, DROP CALLS, E-MAIL TAKE FOREVER TO DOWNLOAD, NO RECEPTION ECT. THE CONSUMER ACT SAYS I HAVE 7 DAYS TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITCH I DID, AFTER 3 DAYS.
AFTER A CALL FROM THE FRANCHISE IN KEY-WEST TODAY 2013/2/03 IT SEEMS THAT THEY WANT ME TO PAY A FULL 24 MONTH CANCELLATION FEE AND HANDSET, WITCH I WILL NOT PAY AS CELL C IS IN CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE LAW
