Excellent service and customer satisfaction

I have been an Iburst subscriber for over 5 years and have always been impressed. I received a call this week informing me that my contract is up for renewal and that the first 6 months were free. When asked if there was any other way they could make me happy, I mentioned that I have been trying to get hold of a wifi router for my Iburst desktop modem so that my iPad and iPhone could piggyback. They offered me one for free and had it courier delivered the next day. This is a first for me in really enjoying a service that is keen to keep its customers happy.
