NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS

The following email was sent on 13 February to support and wsc with no response:
After our It contact came out to look into our internet, he established that the router is defective.
He replaced the router with another known working device and the intermittent connection drops stopped.
He determined that the router is also running extremely hot.
After some research he did find that there is a factory fault with the routers.
Please find the underneath link to net gears forum relating to the problem.

After numerous test there is no defect on the line, neither the wireless channel and frequency's. All the settings has been updated as per pervious suggestion.
The firmware of the router has also been updated to the latest version. Still the problems existed.
The router is still under warranty. Could you send us a replacement router.
