MTN V&A Waterfront really... uninterested

I went to MTN V&A Waterfront to hand in my company contract BB 9780 that has a white screen, I told the consultant about my problem. huge disappointment on her face because I think she thought I wanted to buy a new phone She asked me the relevant information I thought at the time CK number what the company is trading as etc etc etc. she took out a form started compiling a report about my phone viewed her private messages quickly, on her cellphone and said " Oh sorry I cannot take your phone you have to bring a proof of purchase, this is after 45 minutes of torture, I requested if she can help me with this she said yes only the next Monday as she will contact Metrofile and explained the info is on the system but maybe she might not get it from Metrofile because MTN systems has changed and they might not get my proof of purchase document??? this is my last hope, all I want is a proof of purchase to be sent to me on email so that I can get this phone fixed. I am so sick and tired of people in the service industry making us the paying customer look like we have done them something wrong. I just need my phone for work purposes
