Stock will be reserved for my Upgrade

I was at the shop on the 16th of Feb 2013 and was told by the consultant that she has reserved the Xperia T for me for my upgrade on the 1st of March 2013. Now they tell me that they don't have stock and don't know when they are getting, this is for my MTN contract.

I asked the Lady if she is sure she reserved it and she said yes. I am in need of this phone and now I have to wait an unprecedented amount of time.
