WiiU Promotion - Terrible way of doing things

Well As it stands everyone is having issues with how this WiiU Promotion went down. So I am adding my 2cents on this matter.

I phoned CNA Canal Walk on Saturday to ask about the Wii Mini. The Person i spoke to said they having stock clearance on Sunday 2nd June 2013, i must be early because they cant reserve stock. They had 7 units in Stock. So I got up early Sunday to stand in Queue till open time. I was the 7th Person eligible to receive a WiiU. A Sales person in the Gaming department came to all of us waiting in line to say that there is only 3 units left and 4 is reserved by Head Office.

On that note, this was a in store special so how can stock be reserved for other people before the Promotion started? So eventually 3 of the 4 got unreserved and sold to next in line. The Last reserved unit was sold to the person that reserved it and we asked him what made him so special? He apparently had bad experience with Canal Walk CNA so he is being compensated.

So my Question to you CNA Head Office, How are we that did not get our WiiU's going to compensated for our bad experience due to your ups? I vote to give us one of the Basic Units at same price after Promotion.
