WII U... Out of stock... Yet Reserved??

Very disgruntled when I have to be at a store early enough to have an opportunity to purchase a product at an exceptional price only to be told once in store that they have "sold out" yet moments later I watch a young gentleman (smarter than I was in hind site) get given a unit from under the counter which he had reserved?? Really... So specials can now be reserved? what happen to first come first serve? I don't feel this was fair from any standpoint and believe the issue needs to be rectified. I would like someone to contact me from your head office, not store level as that did not bother to help.
