Why charge me for something i dont even use?

Each Month Mweb take money from my account for services i dont even know about each month i must go into a branch to reverse this charges and each month my bank is charging me a reversal amount becuase of this mweb is wasting my valuable time while im busy standing in the que of fnb i lose one client per hour time to sue you? yes it is
