Cellc is pathetic! no callback!! wrong billing!

I have been having non stop issues with cellc, this is the third post on here abt the pathetic service. since march i have been trying to sort out my contract cancellation. nobody has gotten back to me a Andrew faber (apparently a senior manager) still hasnt called me after over a month and half! then to make things worse i was billed incorrectly yet i pay in advance!! after numerous more calls to cell c a richard makwara was to call me, i am still waiting and its over 2 weeks!! i mean! i want everyone to know how useless they are with customer complaints. i subsequently wanted my sim contract cancelled and was told that i need to use the minutes or will lose it if they transfer me to pre paid so i said fine dnt cancel yet i will call in when inm done, yesterday the contract was cancelled and i lost 129 minutes!! all smses roughly 190! i am at my witts end nobody and i mean nobody at cell c can or will help. this is the last resort i will be going to the ombudsman, too much to my time, energy, money and sanity has been wasted on a good for nothing company! they now owe me money and are not paying me back even after all this i had to go through! cellc is the WORST!!!
