My Blackberry was taken in for repairs (second time) on the 10/02/2013. Its now 3 weeks and I did not receive any feedback or nothing about my phone. When I called them to query they did't know where my phone was. when they eventually found my phone it was sent in for repairs 2 days ago. Really I'm waited 3 weeks (again) for my phone and they only sent it 2 days ago. It's now the second month I paying BIS and I not even using it, my account is going to be high because of this bad service of this store. The consultant Ernest assured me that he will sent it in and I will get my phone back in no time. Yeah right!!! Not even once they ask if I want to borrow a phone. I'm very disappointed in Ernest and in MTN Irene Mall!!!
