Voice calls no longer offered on Vodacom network

Vodacom no longer offers a voice service in Secunda - having prioritised profit and data. Friends, colleagues and family all concur - dropped calls, inaudiable voice quality, typically need to redial 5 times to get a connection, multiple missed calls every day - without getting a connection.

Vodacom response - apparently the additional tower has been coming for over a year. I love paying for something I can't use.
