Nashua Mobile
No Interest in customers!!!

I had problems with Nashua mobile since the word go! Ilana Poran just doesn't show interest in responding to customers!! I am being charged more that agreed so far every month on my contract!! It seems to be okay for Nashua mobile to take more money from customers but if one happens to pay short then they will show effort. i have not had one month of paying short and thinking to reverse payment due to lack of interest from Nashua mobile!! please Can anyone assist with this matter. i do have proof of free minutes left on my account but yet Nashua mobile keeps on taking more than agreed.
WHAT TO DO!!!??? HOW DO I CHANGE TO A LESS PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER THAT IS ACTUALLY INTERESTED IN CUSTOMERS!!!
