All i needed was help to remove 2 space streams from one of our sites / plants. I called 1023 in the morning and explained what I would like help with and they gave me a number to call of which I did. From there all broke loose as I was kept on the line for 15mins or more and when eventually a consultant did pick up EACH TIME i was given a different number to call with the same results. This carried on until afternoon and I had done NO work for the day and I had to just give up. I have received NO help and we needed to get the space streams out by today before we are made to pay for a brand new month. I still do not know where to go for help and I am highly disappointed in Telkom!!!
