Cell C
Non Existent Service!!

I handed my new iPhone 4S into the Canal Walk Cell C branch on the 16th of Dec for repair.
After many phone calls & chasing up i still have no answer and no cellphone!!! Today is the 5th of February!!
That's 7 weeks!!
What's the point of spending money for Trevor Noah doing your marketing when your service is this!!??
There is no system in place to deal with these kinds of issues!
Nobody at Cell C is able to help me or return a call when they said they would. Nobody has even called to apologise/explain or rectify. Not the store, head office Cape Town nor customer care in Jbg.
Does anyone at Cell C actually care about customers???
