Extremely poor service & delivery

Just want to take this opportunity to report on mtn's EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. Took in my Samsung Galaxy 2 to have the screen repaired. Contacted the repair center daily and the phone was fixed within 3 days..great, but it's now been almost a month and I still don't have my phone. Apparently it takes the couriers 4 weeks to deliver a phone when the distance is hardly 20km. I've been without a phone for a month! And you don't even have the decency to give me a loan phone! Every time I go in to branch to see if the phone has arrived they tell me "oh, it was sent yesterday, so it should be here tomorrow" - and then I go back the next day just to get the same lame response. Here's the worst part; 2 weeks after taking my phone in to mtn I ordered training products online from a company in America... it arrived yesterday... American companies put you to shame mtn. I guess this is why we're a third world country.
Get your together... this is unacceptable!
Oh and jut FYI, I purposely spelt your name in small caps... very, very unhappy.
