Dear Cell C,

In short the problem is, begining of Feb i had my upgrade done, I went to the Cell C store at ERM and in the begining they were very helpfull, they even done the iTunes setup. While doing the setup i was told that they were using the WIFi in the store so that it wouldnt charge on my account. This being a Saturday. Sunday i went to my Cell C profile on the website and saw that i was actually billed and that the store DID NOT use the wifi, i have all the proof and even sent them the documentations etc to prove that i was their fault.
I was charged almost R200.00 for Data that I DID NOT USE! when i told them that i want a refund they plainly said they can't and that the regional manager would call me, to this day i have had no contact and if it is not me contacting them they dont contact me!!! I will not stand for this! i will be getting my refund as i was not the one using my phone at the time! I would like to send all my email correspondence to whoever is above ERM Cell C and the Regional manager. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years! if people dont pay their acc. they can get black listed! But what about when you take money from us unlawfully?!
