I have been using 8TA data bundle for the last 6 months, although coverage is quite limited it is the cheapest, however the cheapest in this case is not the right choice. I downloaded the newly advertised 8TA app for android on my Samsung Tablet and when wanting to reload (purchase>buy>give them MONEY!!!) it is constantly having technical difficulties and therefore on the several occasions I am unable to increase my wallet. Then having to call the 081 183 number for support, WOW what a waste of 30 min of my life with no real value add, a complicated IVR system that sends you in every direction except the 1 you want. being on the tab and the site knowing who I am and the number (sim) with my current bundle and data left you would think I could just press a button and buy more... NO!! I need to add credit card (I have already have this set up), which took forever and the agent informs me to re-enter the info (as he was getting frustrated with the long wait. You would expect that the new MD and ex leader of Vodacom to shake this place up by making it easy and relevant for consumers. Hence, 8TA SIM is cut up and I am back to Vodacom or MTN.
