I already complained via you about Telkom Mobile's system for 3G prepaid data, in that it tells you that your money is finished when in fact you being served by a tower that does not handle a data service. You said that Telkom acknowledged that they would get back to me within about 50 hours. There has been no response. I went back again to Telkom at Brooklyn Mall and was helped by a (new) young lady who could explain the stupidly complicated system. When travelling you must first consult the coverage map. If your destination is outside their coverage, then you must the more expensive "all networks" data bundle. Why did no-one else in the shop know this? Why does a ll this have to made so involved?
