Mtn not attending to my complaint

I have submitted a complaint via hellopeter in December. You did obtain a response for me from Mtn. I was asked to contact the Coverage control centre an supply them with information regarding my complaint. After having done so I was informed by MTHOKOZISI that my complaint had NOTHING to do with the Coverage control centre, and that Mtn has "hundreds" of different departments and he has no idea to whom I must address the complaint. Please ask Mtn to address this as it is no longer a joke. Thank you.
