Unauthorised content charge

For the second time MTN have billed me for a content charge for services i did not authorise or request. i have both written and telephoned to get the charges stopped and reversed BUT NO, MTN cuts off my phone while i was travelling in the eastern cape. This is and / or as i have never subscribed to or requested any services.
Can somebody please advise me what to do
