I am getting billed for an extra line that the sales person at the retail store cancelled the same day. Debit Orders are going of on my account. This matter was escalated on the systems of cell c at the end of January 2013 already but no results so far. I am very unhappy and feel like not renewing any of my contracts at cell c. Cell c took my money out of my account in seconds but its taking them 30 days to return my money and cancel the contract!
