With out a warning

I had 2 accounts with FNB personal and Private, on my private account I had taken out a loan which was being debited every month, but I had started using my business account and because of this I had pad for my loan via EFT and it was paid off before it time, unfortunately you kept debiting my account and it ended up in areas and without a phone call or sms or warning from you guys, you have written of my account and listed me on the credit bureau . now I cannot expand my business due to this listing and it has lost me a lot of money, What do I Do, As soon as I have heard about this default I paid it off immediately, but I am still listed for a amount of R 719 even thou it has been settled, are you guys in the business of helping people or bankrupting small companies.
