The worst experience I have had. BTW I have a business account with FNB. I have been called an by call center staff (they forgot to mute the speakers). Also they are trying to change my phone number in the system 3 times so i can receive OTP numbers - still no success. Also still waiting for response to my two calls regarding speed point to be installed for my business. Its now four weeks later still no reply so decided to go to a competitor instead.
Dealing with this bank is waste of time and money. Moving all my private and business account next month to another bank.
