NOTHING GET DELIVERED IN TIME ITS ALWAYS A HASSLE

We are a private company with a Corporate account via Altech for almost 40 Contract lines. Ever since November last year when the Contract started we have struggled to get whatever we request. Our first Account Manager always had excusses. A Sim Card would take 3 days to be delivered, a new phone takes more than a week. When we finally get the goods there is always something wrong.

Of late we ordered an S4 with the first Account Executive, 3 weeks back but he told us the phones will be in South Africa in 2 months time. To our surprise all other service providers were already selling the contracts on those handsets. We went to Altech the Glen and they told us the handsets were out already. Upon approaching the Regional Sales Manager, he gave us a new account Manager to assist us. We did send paperwork required and its a week later we still haven't got the phone. I even offered to send our driver to collect the handset and sim card and this didn't help at all.

Its the third time we have raised our concerns with the mentioned responsible manager but the service doesn't seem to improve.

Altech has really let us down and never leaved to the expectations.
