I applied for two contracts and as the person to pay both of the contracts I then requested 12months contract for each member but I'm not sure if the agent misunderstood me and 24months for each member I went to the branch to complain about this and I was told to contact the call centre I did that I spoke to Robin Jonathan to cancel the two contracts cause she was not assisting me she then cancelled one contract the other one is still active and they still debiting from my account. I then contacted the call centre Linda then advised I will charged a penalty fee of R205 for cancelling I then asked why should I be penalised for the wrong doing from their side she put me on hold and then put the phone down this was yesterday I called again Akohna answered the call explained what happened she put me on hold for long then transferred my call to Robin she never bothered to assist or advise that she's going to transfer my call the service from the call centre is pathetic I must say

all I'm asking for is the contracts to rectified or reverse my January payment and R300 joining fee and stop debiting from my account
