Waiting for a line fix from the 1st week January!

I don't know how much more we can complain and log faults! We've been waiting for a line to be fixed at my home for close to 2months now! Whenever we call we're given some date and on that date no-one shows up! Horrible! Just pathetic and uninterested... Telkom really are incompetent!
