Being a loyal customer to Altech Autopage (ex Supercall) for almost 15 years I am disgusted at the service I have received. Waiting for almost 3 months to receive my upgrade and having received no service at the Bryanston/Sandton branch I decided to go direct to the head office. Dealing with various consultants receiving no update/status on my upgrade I lodged a formal complaint when I went to pick up my phone after I had to keep phoning to follow up. I was told it would take 24 to 36 hrs for the internal port to activate - nothing yet. I phoned twice on Friday requesting for a manager to call me -nothing. I phoned yesterday 25th Feb I was passed to 3 consultants having to repeat my request 3 times, nothing. All I have asked is for feedback. I work for a professional firm where our clients are valued. I do not believe I have been traeted as a valued client and I wish I had listened to others advice where I should have given my 1 months notice and moved on to another service provider.
