Dear Vodacom - what must your thousands of subscribers be going through all these years if I have only been a client of Vodacom for a FEW DAYS (11) and has had non-stop horrific experiences with every employee or contracted employee of Vodacom, at Voda shops, Voda World, Online chat, Most call centre's and now more recently your RAM hand to hand couriers people you use.

I have lost count of how many times I requested to cancel my line with you, but without fail there always seems to be some reason for the delay in why it's not happening. NOTE THAT CANCELATION HAS BEEN APROVED. ALSO NOTE THAT the LTE 4G modem has EVENTUALLY been collected LATE from me, so what possibly could be the reason to NOT cancel my contract? AGAIN> Cancel my line please, please PLEASE!
I await official confirmation and hope to receive the promised refund before the day I die of old age. I am still awaiting feedback of my other queries still to be investigated. You FAILED ME Horrifically BAD Vodacom!
