Dear Hellopeter

I really dislike complaining. I am a Manager of a IT Company and unfortunately a perfectionist. Telkom recently had some "Scheduled Maintenance" to do in my area. I assume it was to do with the Exchange. For the last week I have noticed that my Online Games (Battlefield 3 Premium, Counter Strike, Dota 2, ect...) has started dropping. I thought maybe the local exchange experienced some sort of a heavy load, so I left it.

Now I started noticing on Friday (22-02-2013) that I cannot even YouTube on the lowest quality. Mind you I am on a 1Mb Uncapped Package and Telkom is my ISP. So I logged a fault and my port was reset but nothing has changed. I received a SMS today saying everything should be fine... Guess again. Still dropping connections.
