Had to wait a month for my phone

I send my phone in for a software update and received it two weeks later DAMAGED, so the sales people said they wil send it back as URGENT, so that I can get it back in the next few days, after a few days I haven't received my phone back yet after Heinrico told me I wil get it the Friday, a few days after that I went back again, still I didn't get my phone, and the two shop assistants (Emil and Heinrico) told me I must phone the courier service to find out where my phone is, so after another two weeks I finally got my phone back, so it took a whole month to get my phone, cell c never kept me updated on my phone or anything, I wil never recommend cell c to anyone and won't use it's service again
