Ster-Kinekor
No benefits at all for Platinum Plus members

After working very hard to earn Platinum Plus status, all we got was a name printed on our movie cards. We were promised invites to special premiers, and much more for reaching this status.

Until now, not one email sent to us. We went into our closest branch and all emails have been confirmed. In addition, there is nothing from Ster Kinekor / specials etc. on our SPAM boxes.

All our friends get free invites and they are platinum members not even Platinum Plus. This is ridiculous.

THIS IS the second time I am making a complaint. Ster Kinekor mentioned they will look into this however nothing has been done yet again.

Fine I will move to Nu Metro if that is what you want. False promises. Very dissapointed in Ster Kinekor.
