Never to answer the phone

I am currently trying to get a package that is waiting for me at EMS. It is near impossible to get anyone to answer the phone?!?!?!?! When they do actually answer (today I have not come right with anyone answering the phone, my phone shows 14 attempts so far) they are unintelligible at best.

This is possibly one of the most useless companies I have ever dealt with. So this is a heads-up to anyone who sees this company as an option for a courier. I would stay clear of this lot!
