OPENWEB NEVER AVAILABLE WHEN YOU NEED SERVICE

Today I tried to get hold op openweb on the number 0861224466. With no avail. The switchboard lady answers the phone and tells you te leave a message because no one is available to assist you now. I have a problem now and cannot get internet access and I must wait. BUT I have to pay on time, cant tell them to wait. Twice this happened today. Two hours apart. Last week I also phoned and I got exactly the same answer, " NO ONE IS AVAILABLE, LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THEY WILL PHONE YOU BACK"
I left Telkom because of this type of service. At least they answered the phone. They do not have sufficient knowledge to assist, but at least a technician is availbale. Now I am stuck with a company that never has people available to help you when you need help and when the internet service!!! Time to search for a BETTER service provide
