"no problem sir, you start paying higher fees immediately, loose all your accumulated minuets, loose BIS, but only get your new phone in 3 to 4 weeks ..." The worst worst service ever. Get your act together Cell C! ; And to the person replying to this complaint: Don't waste your time by posting some pre-typed load of nonsense template!
