During the latter part of 2011 I was contacted by an employee of Vodacom informing me that I could take out a 3 G Card with them, and this could be taken as a replacement for the balance of the cell phone contact, seeing as it was not in use. I thought that this was a fantastic offer, I feel that I have been mislead regarding this Information, end result Vodacom did not resolve issue. I have been handed over as a defaulter which I find unethical, this account has been paid, even though it was under duress. I would like the default removed and would like an apology in writing
