Being defrauded by MTN

A upgrade was done on my contract with MTN. When I found out about this in November 2012, I reported this to the call centre and sent all the required document. I was given reference number 1488994. Up to date this issue has not been resolved yet and same response I always get is "waiting for dealer to send documents". How long does it really take for someone to click send on their e-mail?!! This is ridiculous, unless of course when there are no documents which I suspect is the case here

My contract expired at the end of November and I am still getting billed every month. All I want is to get finality on this and MTN to stop debiting my account.
