Mweb provides the worst service in the world, I called in this morning and the person I spoke to Mkele assisted me by asking my details, she pulled up the account while i was on hold, she came back and advised me what package i had, i gave her the nature of the issue, she gave me the package, and asked to hold, i asked why should i hold, she mumbled something and immediately released the call, i had to call back and wasted another 45 min, eventually when i got through i waited again for about 15min for Pearl"the manager", she didnt even appologise, she jumped straight to the issue, what if my issue was now with mkele, she applogised too late as i was already irate, she gave me small talk and de-escalated the issue to another technician, why, the manager should have more knowledge the people under her, why didnt she fully assist me just to waste more of my time, as a business man you cant spare and hour just to get efficiant answers and solutions, WHAT HAPPEND TO MWEB TECHNICAL SUPPORT, WHAT HAPPEND TO THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THE COMAPNY USE TO HAVE, WHAT HAPPEND TO GOOD SERVICE WITHOUT SOME1 HANGING UP ON YOU BEFORE EVEN GETTING TECHNICAL, ALL I WANT IS MY ISSUE RESOLVED!!!
