Cell C - u are wasting yout time!

I spoke to a CellC sales consultant on 12/2/2013 and i wanted to take out a new contract (straight up 400 with iphone 64gig). Gave all the neccessary information and the consultant gave me his email address. today is the 25/2/2013 and i havent heard a word from CellC. Pointless calling 084145 because that takes '45 min' to get through and then get told uummmm. its been approved just like i heard the day before. If you want to age and lose hair go CELLC!!!
