Disappointment!!!

I recently (about 6 weeks ago) purchased a iPhone 5 through a CellC contract. I have no complaints regarding the service and network i have received to date. My complaint with the product i have received, the iPhone 5.

I was sitting on the floor and the phone accidentally fell out my hand, landed on the floor and the screen cracked from on end to the other. It fell no more that 10cm. There is no damage or dents to the aluminum body from the fall. The glass is supposed to be "gorilla " glass.

There was no negligence from my part and I look after my products with utmost care. In my 13 years of owning phones, tablets, etc, this is my first incident.

i have been an apple user for a couple of years and own iPhones, iPad and an iMac and all of them are in as good a condition as they were originally purchased.

This is the first apple product to truly disappoint me.

All I request is that my screen be repaired at no cost to me.
