A really, really, REALLY, long story short (an on going battle for 6 months now). I've been a "valued Customer" for over 12 years with MTN (menice, tyrant, nusance) and yet all I get from them lately is "we can't, we can't, we can't. They can't phone me back - in the last six months they prob called me twice, they can't fix my phone - even if I'm willing to pay, they can't help me sim swap to get away from them - even if i agree to continue paying for their, they are not at liberty to answer any of my questions as told by Gavin Andrews, the list is on going... there are however a few things they can do, like, they have no problem taking my money every month, they good at avoiding the issue by using, i believe, pre determined diplomatic answers to cover their flaws and BS. All I want is to be set free from this continuous "we can't", and move over to a service provider that can do just that, provide service. But MTN is like a cancer that keamo can't cure, you just cannot rid yourself of them. WHAT TO DO!!!
