Warranty that doesnt cove

I have had problems with my blackberry from new, then they sent me a refurbished cell phone, (second hand by the way) which was also faulty!!! after months of complaining they gave me a new phone!
i was using the phone for about 2 months, the phone just went off and doesnt come back on,
sent it in for repairs and vodacom apparantly doesnt cover the prob W.T.F???
why dont they tell us when we buy their products, the warranty only covers certain things!
btw i payed R3400 for the cell phone, and this is the i get from them
useless i tell you!!!
