Extreme throttling of my internet

I have been now on MTN uncapped for about 6 months and i was happy in the begging until now. I have been extremely throttled i cannott download any more propperly they said that if you surpass the 3 gigs you go down to 256 kbs line speed my line speed has dropped so drastically where i cannot download anymore my speed is sitting @ 128 k./bs. I can only download @ 10 kb/s. I have been misinformed ny MTN and i have been stresses up so much for.i am thinking of cancelling the contract because they are not willing to help me
