Cell C
Ought GIGA 200 but cant use

I was using cell c prepaid sim card for data, there was no problem all along, CONNECTION WAS GREAT! i decided to take a GIGA 200 package, then the problem started. NOW ITS SO DIFFICULTY EVEN TO OPEN A SINGLE PAGE, from R1799 i paid for this package i can't use. CELL C its either u sort your problem or i will need my refund.
