Cell C
New customer finding it impossible to buy Giga 200

I have been trying for two weeks to buy a Giga 200 prepaid package for R1799.00 as advertised by Cell C at [URL Removed] The promotion ends 31 January. For two weeks I have been trying to purchase the product. Cell C support has misinformed me, cut me off and after asking them to do so nobody has called me back. I went to see the nearest Autopage Cellular and Nashua Mobile in Bethlehem and they also gave up trying to get "the deal" on my behalf.

Does Cell C want new business or not and how does the above reflect i.t.o. your service levels once you are a customer?
