Fed up!!

My phone is giving me problems and was send to Gautend for repairs now for the 3rd time the phone gives me the same problem and they want to send the phone away for repairs again with a cheap loan phone that can only send sms and phone. I want a new phone and will not allow te send the phone away a gen and sit with no phone for a week
