I am so angry on the amount of promises and time spent firstly for them to answer and then to explain to a different person my problem. Took a promo that FNB offered on cell C Data. Well wrong sim card was sent but they had activated it after being promised Three times that is was going to be delivered and it didn't to trying to activate the micro sim and being told originally that they will activate immediately - call the customer care they will mail me a reference so i can quote and the sim swap lady will call me and sort out straight away- huh still waiting for the email and no one has contacted me.just made another call but they said supervisor will call back still waiting no call. Irony of it all i have been billed for the month on something i have not used and have spent my time and money trying to get conected. VERY ANGRY!!!
